Our  country estate is situated on a hill with a wonderful view of the sea in one of the most beautiful regions of “Le Marche”, Italy, only a few kilometres from the seaside.
Three houses, an old church, the swimming-pool and the 6,000 m² park-like garden help to make this a refuge of peace and quiet.

There are five apartments to choose from, suitable for a maximum of 16 people. During the restoration we tried  to create a place of atmosphere rather than “classical” hotel standard. Each apartment has its own charm by its special interior. All holiday homes have a cozy kitchen/dining area, a spacious bathroom, central heating and satellite TV.

 Our residents can make use of the pool, the barbecue place under an old oak tree, all resting places in the  garden, a sand place for games like badminton, volleyball, boccia... and the former church – now a place of communication - meeting old and new friends, cooking and eating, wine tasting, talking,  learning... and of course you can rent this space for your own seminars, private celebrations and reunions, if requested in advance...
